Ambitious Sales Consultants to join our Winning and Expanding Team are being sought! Our ideal candidate(s) will be responsible for the acquisition of new business in both Residential and Commercial markets specializing in Roofing and Exterior services in the DMV. We are seeking qualified candidates who share our Vision, Values and Commitment to exceptional customer service.


Sales Experience Preferred but NOT required. We hire ambitious and motivated candidates with a Positive Can-Do attitude and Train you the skills!

Candidate must be an assertive sales professional who leads by example, has the ability to maintain a professional attitude in order to maximize opportunities and increase revenue potential.

> Sales experience in any industry preferred but not required. Ideal experience in Auto Sales, Insurance Sales, Gym Membership, Personal Trainers, Fitness, Insurance Adjusters, Loan Officers, Bank Tellers, Real Estate Agents, prior retail sales/marketing reps.

> An energetic individual with a positive and driven attitude.

>Self motivated and must be coachable and be willing to learn new skills.

> An accountable team player with the ability to self-direct and take initiative.

> Effective communicator that executes superior poise and judgment.

>Strong consultative sales and negotiating skills

>Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis

> Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

> Organized with exceptional attention to details.

> Computer knowledge with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook experience

> Disciplined, hardworking, and dependable.

> Customer focused professional with a genuine passion for problem solving and breaking down barriers.

>Valid Driver's License.

Job Description 



Promoting Maryland Premier Exteriors Roofing and Exteriors services.


Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers. Run company generated leads/referrals as needed.


Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the state of their home condition.


Creating client file, work orders and submitting in house administrative/production team.


Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.


Mandatory on site project visitations to promote actual projects being built to neighbors by utilizing the neighborhood referral system. 


Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.


Developing and implementing an effective daily sales strategy to drive sales.


Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales into our CRM system.
