Maryland Premier Exteriors, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Marketing Specialist to join our successful team in Frederick, MD This exceptional candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual.
At MPE you will be the first to lay the framework for how the public will perceive us. You will design and implement marketing strategies that share our brand voice, engage our target audience, and build a community of loyal followers. Your passions are used to impact every business and individual in the MD, VA DC area.
Job Description
Collaborate with owner and management team on marketing strategy.
Leverage social media to identify and acquire customers.
Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support ad campaigns for Instagram, Google, YouTube, and META (Facebook).
Help develop a Physical marketing strategy.
Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
Maintains research database by identifying and assembling marketing information.
Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events.
You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts.
Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketingefforts.
Attend company weekly meetings
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
> A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
> A min of 2 years of digital marketing experience required.
> Experience using Google and Microsoft suite of products.
> Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, and social media advertising campaigns
> Experience using Adobe Illustrator, Creative Cloud, Lightroom.
> Strong ability to network and communicate with staff, vendors, clients.
> Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines.
> Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools and working knowledge of ad-serving tools .
> 2+ years creating and publishing marketing materials and content for print and digital media.
> 1+ year experience building and delivering reports to higher management.
> Ability to update, format, and manage website content.
> Very strong time-management and task-management skills with high attention to detail.
> Have or be willing to obtain Part 107 UAS (drone) license within first month of hire date.
> Drone provided by Company (Maryland Premier Exteriors).
> Have experience or be willing to learn internal postcard mailing system.
> Positive Attitude with a can do personality.
> Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
