WHO WE ARE SEEKING

Maryland Premier Exteriors, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to join our successful team in Frederick, MD. This exceptional candidate is a motivated, driven, well-organized individual who has initiative and has a deep understanding of roofing sales, sales training, and management. Sales Manager is responsible for managing and exceeding our company’s sales targets, using targeted marketing strategies. He or she will oversee the recruiting, coaching, training, and team member quarterly performance evaluations.

To handle the additional jobs, our company anticipates the need for a bigger sales team, which is the heart that drives our success. This team, led by the Sales Manager, will be able to cover local areas as we continue to expand our operations to Maryland and Virginia.

Job Description 

Sales Manager is responsible for managing and exceeding our company’s sales targets, using targeted marketing strategies.

 

He or she will oversee the recruiting, coaching, training, and perform quarterly performance evaluations to ensure our team members are at the peak of their performance..

 

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

 

Consistently achieve annual sales, and other key performance indicators goals.

 

Lead by example, providing strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth.

 

Continually analyze sales processes to improve and increase efficiency

 

Build strong relationship with new and current customers.

 

Report to the President, and in house management team members regularly

 

Review sales team's customer file/paperwork to ensure all checklist has been met for manager approval and job profitability has been met before sending it to production

 

Coordinate project scheduling with production team and ensure multiple lines of communications between in house team and customers regarding every phase of project inception through to completion.

 

Grow and expand our base of customers in MD, VA and DC

Qualifications
  • •The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of roofing sales, sales training, and management

  • •Self-motivated and driven individual with an initiative, proactive, persuasive, energetic, independent, and results-oriented mindset.

  • •High school diploma or college graduated

  • •Proven 2+ years in Sales, roofing sales experience and knowledge of the roofing industry preferred.

  • •1-2+ years of experience with CRM

  • •2+ years of experience on team management

  • •Reliable commute transportation

  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Conduct weekly Sales meetings.

  • •Experienced with computers, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • •Able to draft reports and make presentations to management

  • •An excellent professional presence and friendly demeanor

  • •A valid driver’s license

  • •Able to climb, lift, balance, handle materials, and standing up for long periods of time

  • •Bilingual English Spanish preferable

  • •2+ years of customer service experience
