Maryland Premier Exteriors, Inc. is seeking a polished and professional Executive Assistant to be a highly impactful and influential coordinator of our Frederick, MD office. This exceptionally motivated and confident person will be the executive assistant for several leaders of our executive team.

Job Description
They will be the face of our office, greeting visitors and representing Maryland Premier Exteriors at a high level, and will ensure trustworthy day-to-day administrative and facility reliability.
This position will also be responsible for overseeing office operations, answer and manage in bound, outbound calls.
Provide administrative support and planning, including weekly company meetings and events
Host visitors at the office, supplier vendors, business partners, potential job candidates and oversee recruiting.
Monitor and purchase office supplies, equipment, and electronics, as needed.
Manage executives' calendars, track expenses, make daily bank deposits and prepare expense reports for reimbursement and assist with payroll as necessary.
Support other functional areas and members of the organization's leadership team with projects, as needed.
Review sales team's customer file/paperwork to ensure all checklist has been met for manager approval and job profitability has been met before sending it to production.
Coordinate project scheduling with production team and ensure multiple lines of communications between in house team and customers regarding every phase of project inception through to completion.
Continually analyze in house processes to improve and increase efficiency.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Lead by example, providing strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth.
Organize and Schedule of company's tradeshows, weekly, monthly team outings, to include all Philantrophic company events.
Point of contact and liaison for property management clienteles.
Qualifications
•Experience supporting office operations or other relevant experience
•Proven success in a high-level administrative capacity supporting and/or frequently interacting with C-level and/or senior- level executives
•Highly professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, superior written and oral communications skills
•Demonstrated ability to oversee office operations
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple activities simultaneously
•Excellent computer skills; proficient or advanced skill in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
•Experience using CRM's
•Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and ability to prioritize work on multiple projects and establish, track, and meet deadlines
•Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information
•Has character and integrity
•Committed to always doing what's right
•Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
•Can produce top-quality work with little oversight
•Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clienteles.
