About the Role
We are seeking ambitious sales consultants who want to join a winning and growing team working in both Residential and Commercial markets for the Roofing and Exterior services industry.
Sales experience preferred, but NOT required. On-the-job training is available for the right candidates.
This position will be responsible for selling Roofing and Exterior services to potential and existing clients, as well as managing customer relations, and overseeing production on-site for assigned projects.

Requirements
Promoting Maryland Premier Exteriors (MPE) services to the broader community
Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
Following up with company-generated leads and referrals as needed
Educating homeowners after inspections to educate them on the state of their home condition
Creating proper client files, work orders, and other paperwork and submitting them to in-house administrative/production teams as necessary
Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based in assigned sales territory
Mandatory on-site project visits and oversight to promote on-the-ground projects currently in development to the neighborhood using the neighborhood referral system
Meeting sales targets by selling company services and products
Developing and implementing effective daily sales strategies to drive sales
Maintaining accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales into company CRM system
